Yes, you can access all your accounts if you are a client located in the Channel Islands, France, Hong Kong SAR, Luxembourg, Singapore, Switzerland, the United Kingdom* or the United States of America. Additionally a mobile app is available in France, Hong Kong SAR, Luxembourg, Singapore, Switzerland, the United Kingdom or the United States of America.

*The United Kingdom refers to investments accounts. A separate banking app is available. 

Yes, auto-generated periodic statements are available for viewing as well as downloading.

Yes, you can see investment valuations and holdings as at close of the previous business day (excluding weekends and public holidays). Information can be filtered by asset class and by portfolio.

Once you have enrolled for the browser you will be sent a unique ID and will then use this to self-register online (choose user name and password).  Once this is done you can also download the mobile app and self-register if you are in France, Hong Kong SAR, Luxembourg, Singapore, Switzerland, the United Kingdom or the United States of America. 

Up to five devices can use the mobile app which is available on Apple and Google Play stores in France, Hong Kong SAR, Luxembourg, Singapore, Switzerland, the United Kingdom or the United States of America. Log in will be via a biometric login (fingerprint or face) or numeric ID.
